Boutique Operations Supervisor
Our client is seeking an experienced Boutique Operations Supervisor to oversee daily boutique operations, manage teams, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise boutique team members to achieve operational excellence and sales targets.
- Manage boutique operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
- Drive sales performance through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Implement marketing initiatives and brand standards to enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor and report on operational metrics, sales data, and team performance.
- Solve operational problems and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain professional grooming and brand representation standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in boutique, retail, or store operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in customer service, visual merchandising, and sales performance management.
- Excellent marketing, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Good organizational, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong fashion sense and professional grooming standards.
- Mature, proactive, honest, and results-driven mindset.
