Our client is hiring an experienced Boutique Operations Supervisor to oversee boutique operations, manage teams, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily boutique operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage and lead boutique teams to achieve performance goals
- Drive sales performance and meet revenue targets
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high service standards
- Coordinate visual merchandising and brand representation
- Monitor and report on operational metrics and sales results
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in boutique, retail, or store operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven experience in customer service, visual merchandising, and sales performance management
- Strong marketing, communication, and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent organizational, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
- Good fashion sense, professional grooming, and brand representation skills
