Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Provide technical support and user training to laboratory personnel on proper equipment usage and maintenance.
- Ensure all equipment meets required safety, calibration, and operational standards.
- Support marketing and promotion of laboratory equipment to clients and healthcare facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of service reports, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Conduct site visits and respond to technical service requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Practical experience working within a laboratory or biomedical engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, consumables, and workflows.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field assignments effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on technical approach.
