Backend Java Developer

Innovations Global is looking for an experienced Backend Java Developer to join its team in Dubai. This role is suitable for skilled software professionals with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot Microservices and backend application development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing technical solutions, developing secure RESTful services, improving application performance, and delivering high-quality software releases. Candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and define appropriate technical approaches for implementation.

• Develop backend applications, middleware, and RESTful services using Java Spring Boot Microservices.

• Follow secure coding practices and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.

• Create and maintain comprehensive JUnit test cases to ensure maximum code coverage.

• Identify and resolve security issues, including penetration testing findings.

• Deliver secure, reliable, and bug-free application releases.

• Participate in code reviews and follow industry-standard development practices.

• Collaborate with technical teams to improve application quality and performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in backend Java development.

• Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot Microservices.

• Experience developing RESTful services and middleware applications.

• Knowledge of secure coding practices and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

• Experience with JUnit testing and improving code coverage.

• Ability to troubleshoot security issues and application defects.

• Immediate to 30 days notice period preferred.

Strong knowledge of:
