ETS Smart is currently seeking a skilled and experienced AV Technical Engineer to join its technical team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in audio-visual systems, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting across various commercial and enterprise environments.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of working with modern AV technologies, including control systems, video conferencing solutions, and digital display setups. The selected candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality AV solutions and ensuring smooth system performance for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and commission audio-visual systems at client sites.
• Program and manage control systems for AV equipment.
• Set up and support video conferencing solutions.
• Configure and maintain digital signage and video wall systems.
• Handle audio DSP configuration and optimization.
• Support meeting room and boardroom AV solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain service records.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in AV systems installation and support.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
• Strong troubleshooting, technical, and documentation skills.
• Experience with AV control systems, conferencing tools, and display technologies.
• Ability to work independently and handle on-site technical tasks.

• Digital Signage and Video Walls
• Audio DSP Configuration
• AV Troubleshooting and Maintenance
