Description:
IATC Building Contracting LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated AutoCAD Draftsman to become part of its expanding team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with practical experience in preparing engineering drawings and supporting construction projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings, assisting with authority submissions, and contributing to warehouse and steel structure projects. The company values individuals who can work efficiently, communicate effectively, and deliver quality work within project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare engineering, shop, and submission drawings using AutoCAD.
• Assist with authority submission drawings and related documentation.
• Develop technical drawings for warehouse construction, steel mezzanine, and warehouse office projects.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance.
• Update and revise drawings based on project requirements.
• Complete assigned drafting tasks within project deadlines.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of AutoCAD drafting experience.
• Experience preparing engineering, shop, and submission drawings.
• Knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other authority submission requirements is an advantage.
• Experience with warehouse construction, steel mezzanine, and warehouse office drawings is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Strong knowledge of:
• AutoCAD drafting and technical drawing preparation.
• Engineering and shop drawing standards.
• Dubai authority submission procedures.
