Description:
BW Interiors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Estimator / Measurer to become part of its expanding estimating team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have a foundation in construction or interior fit-out projects and are looking to further develop their estimating career.
The successful candidate will assist with quantity measurements, support project estimation activities, and work closely with the estimating team to help prepare accurate project costs. Candidates with experience in office, residential, or food and beverage fit-out projects will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and project measurements.
• Support the estimating team in developing accurate cost estimates.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Measure quantities for construction and interior fit-out works.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure estimation accuracy.
• Maintain organized project documentation and estimation records.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction or interior fit-out projects.
• Experience with office, residential, or F&B fit-out projects is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong quantity measurement skills.
• Willingness to learn and build a long-term career in estimating.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Quantity take-offs and measurement techniques.
• Construction drawings and project documentation.
• Interior fit-out estimating principles.
