As an ARMO Engineer is the support of the ARMO Manager and the workshop, applies engineering concepts and technical expertise to ARMO shops. Ensures that plant tool calibration and maintenance activities are carried out on time and meet manufacturers' specific requirements.
As an ARMO Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying potential improvements through audits of processes, tools and procedures to implement and improve efficiency.
- Providing administrative support with efficient management of the plant's budget, supplies and expenses.
- Managing compliance with different HSE and Quality operational metrics, policies and programs of the region and the function of AMO Global.
- Controlling and executing maintenance plans for tools, benches and instruments, to ensure their functionality.
- Supporting all Lean Six Sigma projects to identify projects that ensure efficiency and quality expectations are met.
- Assurance and technical training for all members of the plant on the 6S methodology in order to maintain the order and cleanliness of the plant at global levels of excellence.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in engineering
- Demonstrate good knowledge of Assembly, Repair and Maintenance techniques
- Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously in a global environment
- Display effective problem identification and solution skills
- Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English
- Be successful at building relationships and collaborating to resolve situations
