Role Overview
This is an advisory and hands-on position for someone who understands how artificial intelligence is reshaping the way creative work gets made. You will work directly with internal teams and external partners to identify where AI tools, prompt workflows, and automation platforms can replace repetitive tasks, accelerate ideation, and unlock new formats. Your day-to-day will involve diagnosing current production bottlenecks, building small-scale proofs of concept, and guiding leadership through the practical steps of adopting AI without disrupting existing creative quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit existing creative workflows to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-assisted content generation, editing, and asset production.
- Develop and maintain reusable prompt libraries, model configurations, and automation scripts that enable teams to produce consistent, on-brand output.
- Prototype and test new AI tools and platforms, evaluating them for accuracy, scalability, and fit with the organisation's creative standards.
- Lead training sessions and workshops that help non-technical staff confidently use generative AI tools while understanding their limitations.
- Build and maintain governance frameworks for AI use, including guidelines on copyright, data privacy, and model bias.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI APIs and automation tools into existing content management and production systems.
- Track emerging AI trends and competitive developments, translating them into actionable recommendations for the broader digital transformation roadmap.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, prompt engineering, or automation platforms such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, Stable Diffusion, Zapier, or similar.
- Understanding of how AI is transforming creative industries, including shifts in content production, visual design, copywriting, and post-production.
- Experience leading or consulting on digital transformation projects, with a track record of getting cross-functional teams to adopt new technologies.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating tool performance and building business cases for AI investments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical AI concepts to creative and executive audiences.
- Demonstrated project management ability, including scoping, timeline management, and stakeholder alignment.
- A portfolio or case studies that show real-world implementation of AI-driven creative workflows is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science, digital media, design, or equivalent practical experience.
