Navix AI is seeking a talented AI Engineer to join its onsite team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who are passionate about developing production-ready Artificial Intelligence solutions and building innovative products for the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
The successful candidate will design and implement AI-powered workflows, integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), and develop automation solutions that improve operational efficiency across shipment processes, documents, and communication workflows. The role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced B2B SaaS startup environment and enjoy building scalable AI applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop AI-powered workflows and intelligent product features for freight forwarding operations.
• Build and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into business applications and operational processes.
• Develop automation workflows for emails, shipment documentation, and logistics operations.
• Create and maintain production-ready AI systems, data pipelines, and workflow automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality AI experiences.
• Continuously optimize AI workflows to improve speed, efficiency, and operational performance.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of professional experience in AI/ML, Automation Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Strong programming experience using Python.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, Large Language Models (LLMs), and workflow automation tools.
• Experience developing production systems using data pipelines, prompt orchestration, or agentic workflows.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or startup environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Python programming and API integration
• Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI application development
• Workflow automation and intelligent process automation
• Data pipelines, prompt orchestration, and agentic workflows
• B2B SaaS application development and production deployment
