This opportunity is suitable for an organized and proactive individual who is looking to establish or grow a career in administrative operations within a professional work environment. The company is seeking someone who can efficiently handle daily office responsibilities while supporting various internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee routine administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients regarding inquiries and service-related matters
  • Prepare quotations accurately and conduct timely follow-ups with clients
