Job Description

We are seeking a vibrant, proactive, and highly organized Admin Assistant to support daily office operations and client management functions. The ideal candidate is outgoing, confident, and adaptable, with the ability to take initiative, manage client expectations, and handle a fast-paced work environment. This role requires someone who can think independently, communicate effectively, and represent the organization professionally.

Experience as a Personal Assistant (P.A) and exposure to a construction environment will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office administration, front desk, and secretarial duties. 
  • Handle client interactions, inquiries, and relationship management. 
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and correspondence. 
  • Support management in daily operations and decision-making. 
  • Assist in handling client requests, follow-ups, and service coordination. 
  • Provide basic accounting and administrative support. 
  • Maintain organized records and documentation. 
  • Support sales-related activities and client engagement. 
  • Handle pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • BCom (Accounting) is an added advantage. 
  • Previous experience as an Admin Assistant or Personal Assistant is preferred. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent customer service and client management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications. 
  • Basic accounting knowledge. 
  • Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative. 
  • Comfortable working in a demanding and dynamic environment. 
  • Strong personality: confident, outgoing, and adaptable.
