Description:
A company based in Dubai is currently seeking a skilled and hands-on Admin professional with proven experience managing in-house labor teams. This role is best suited for individuals who have worked in operational environments such as fit-out, construction, logistics, or facilities management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain labor timesheets and attendance records accurately
• Coordinate with drivers and oversee daily operational activities
• Provide hands-on administrative and operational support to the team
• Ensure smooth communication between field staff and management
• Assist in organizing workflow and maintaining operational efficiency
• Handle general administrative duties as required in a dynamic work environment
Requirements:
• Prior experience working with in-house labor teams is essential
• Background in fit-out, construction, logistics, facilities, or similar industries preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication and coordination skills
