Accountant

Role Overview

As an Accountant at Forte Clinical Laboratory LLC in Dubai, you will manage routine financial transactions and keep the laboratory’s accounts and supporting records accurate and up to date. Your work will help maintain reliable billing, payment processing and financial information for day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices, checking that transactions are recorded correctly.
• Maintain organised financial records and retain supporting documentation.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank activity against accounting records and investigate discrepancies.
• Use accounting software to enter, track and manage financial data.
• Assist with routine financial reporting and other daily accounting tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Accounting experience; experience in healthcare or a medical laboratory is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of invoicing, financial record-keeping, payables and receivables.
• Ability to complete bank reconciliations and support accurate financial reporting.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
• Availability to join immediately is preferred.
