Job Title: Air Conditioning (AC) Technician
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Air Conditioning (AC) Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems while providing basic electrical and plumbing support to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration (HVAC) systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, and mechanical faults.
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
- Carry out basic electrical and plumbing works related to HVAC systems.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records and service reports.
- Comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- Recognized HVAC/Refrigeration certification.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
