Job Description

Job Title: Country Retail Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Country Retail Sales Manager to lead nationwide retail operations, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performance culture across all branches. This role requires strong strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a proven ability to manage multi-branch retail teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement countrywide retail sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify business growth opportunities.
  • Drive high-impact seasonal campaigns and promotions to maximize store sales.
  • Set, monitor, and enforce accountability for sales targets across all retail branches.
  • Oversee branch operational performance and implement turnaround strategies for low-performing stores.
  • Conduct regular branch visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
  • Review daily sales and stock reports to drive the swift movement of slow-moving and aged inventory.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Branch Managers and sales teams to build a high-performance work culture.
  • Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Monitor sales budgets and control operational costs to protect business profitability.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, store presentation, and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports and recommendations to the directors.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a closely related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in retail sales management, with a strong preference for the fashion or apparel industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple retail branches or regional operations.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly to support and audit various branch locations.
