Job Title: Reward Specialist (Compensation & Benefits)
Job Summary
Provide specialist advice and support for day-to-day reward operations, ensuring the execution of predefined objectives in line with agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role directly influences compensation and benefit structures across Kenya, Uganda, Botswana, Mozambique, TZ (BBT), TZ (NBC). Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads in collaboration with your People Function business partner to identify reward improvement opportunities.
- Analyse and interpret compensation and benefit data to support decision-making and compliance with local and group policies.
- Provide day-to-day advisory support to HR and business teams on reward-related queries.
- Monitor and maintain reward processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the design and implementation of reward initiatives that align with organisational goals.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required).
Experience: Proven experience in compensation and benefits, reward management, or a related HR function. Knowledge of regional reward practices across the specified countries is an advantage.
