Job Overview

We are seeking four high-energy, results-oriented Field Marketers to spearhead our direct outreach and market penetration strategies within the healthcare and scientific research ecosystems. Your primary objective is to execute intensive field-level campaigns, identifying and converting commercial leads into long-term institutional accounts. This position bridges aggressive on-the-ground B2B prospecting with technical product demonstrations; you will engage face-to-face with clinic supervisors, hospital technicians, and institutional buyers to build brand dominance. The role demands resilient, highly persuasive networkers who can comfortably navigate medical facilities and consistently drive new business pipelines.

Core Responsibilities

Direct Field Outreach & Lead Conversion

  • Map out, visit, and pitch laboratory equipment lines to regional hospitals, diagnostics clinics, private labs, and university research facilities.
  • Uncover, validate, and qualify high-potential commercial leads, actively guiding them through the sales conversion funnel.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, technical equipment walkthroughs, and capabilities presentations to clinical staff and purchasing panels.
  • Champion field execution models to support the achievement of scheduled individual and team monthly revenue targets.

Healthcare Institutional Account Care

  • Cultivate and insulate reliable, long-term working relationships with lab managers, procurement directors, and clinical decision-makers.
  • Act as the responsive baseline point of contact for customer inquiries, equipment specifications, and service parameter lookups.
  • Conduct structured post-visit trace campaigns with institutional leads to capture repeat supply orders and unlock supplementary business.
  • Aggregate field intelligence and end-user customer feedback regarding product design or performance to guide internal marketing updates.

Brand Activation & Strategic Networking

  • Orchestrate and execute targeted product launching campaigns, technical exhibitions, and specialized medical industry workshops.
  • Distribute corporate marketing literature, technical catalogs, and product spec sheets across assigned territories to optimize brand awareness.
  • Represent the supply organization professionally at medical conferences, scientific panels, and commercial B2B networking forums.

Route Administration & Field Tracking

  • Compile and manage complete records of daily medical site visits, lead statuses, and field transaction achievements.
  • Draft precise weekly and monthly route diaries, campaign success analyses, and field movement summaries for supervisor review.
  • Monitor competitor pricing models, distribution strategies, and newly introduced lab hardware assets across the region.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum Entry Criteria

  • Academic Foundation: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a complementary commercial discipline.
  • Sector Track Record: Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in field marketing, direct sales, or medical sales covering pharmaceuticals, laboratory instruments, or scientific devices.
  • Network Advantage: Direct prior familiarity collaborating with clinical labs, research centers, public/private hospitals, or procurement desks is highly preferred.
  • Core Competencies: Elite presentation skills, natural relationship building, and a robust understanding of fundamental sales prospecting methodologies.

Tactical Skillsets

  • Territory Mobility: High stamina and physical agility required to navigate complex hospital environments and execute multiple site visits daily.
  • Persuasive Articulation: Polished verbal and written communication, with the ability to confidently pitch technical lab solutions to medical experts.
  • Self-Discipline: Highly organized, resilient, and capable of maintaining target velocity with minimal direct line supervision.
