- Monitor cross-border brand sentiment and consumer trends continuously to identify market-specific commercial opportunities and mitigate public relations risks.
- Direct the production and geographic distribution of all physical and digital marketing collateral, ensuring absolute compliance with centralized brand books.
- Enforce total compliance with internal processing workflows and regional legal regulations to ensure complete risk mitigation.
Media Buying & Digital Ecosystem Oversight
- Strategize and execute multi-market media buying initiatives, negotiating contracts to guarantee maximum reach, cost efficiency, and alignment with critical corporate KPIs.
- Oversee comprehensive digital community management strategies across social platforms, protecting unified brand positioning and consumer trust.
- Maintain and execute integrated promotional calendars covering internal communications, external campaigns, localized PR activities, and targeted search engine optimization (SEO).
- Supervise all web properties, corporate intranets, and active digital touchpoints to align user experiences with overarching business growth milestones.
Team Leadership, Coaching & Upskilling
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate direct creative reports, including graphic designers and content production specialists, to establish a high-performance workspace.
- Identify functional skills gaps, deliver continuous on-the-job coaching, and establish clear succession planning structures within the department.
- Oversee the curation and maintenance of the evergreen marketing asset repository, including lead-generation tools, videos, operational blogs, and training playbooks.
Fiscal Optimization & Performance Analytics
- Manage cross-border marketing budgets across all four territories, deploying stringent cost-control measures to optimize resource utilization.
- Track, evaluate, and report on campaign performance indices to prove clear marketing return on investment (ROI) to executive directors.
- Compile and present segmented monthly performance dossiers, including Plan vs. Actual overviews, Google Business Profile analytics, web traffic metrics, and branded inventory stock reports.
