Role Overview

We are seeking two high-energy, performance-driven Field Marketers to spearhead our commercial outreach and brand presence within the regional medical infrastructure. Your primary objective is to execute aggressive field-level lead generation campaigns, introducing our comprehensive laboratory equipment lines to medical facilities and academic bodies. This position bridges active ground-level prospecting with high-touch relationship management; you will guide prospective accounts from initial laboratory door knocks and cold pitches through to structured product demonstrations and procurement shortlists. The role calls for an expressive, network-savvy professional who thrives on the road and can smoothly navigate institutional purchasing structures.

Areas of Accountability

Territory Prospecting & Market Development

  • Promote the corporate scientific supply portfolio to new commercial accounts and existing institutional users across the region.
  • Execute structured daily field visitation routes covering regional hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, medical clinics, research hubs, and universities.
  • Discover, qualify, and cultivate high-potential sales leads, converting institutional inquiries into active business opportunities.
  • Align daily field activities with broader corporate commercial strategies to surpass assigned monthly marketing quotas.

Institutional Alliances & Account Retention

  • Cultivate and insulate deep, long-term working relationships with lab technicians, pathologists, medical researchers, and procurement officers.
  • Act as the lead regional point of contact for customer inquiries, supplying detailed technical data on machinery capabilities and service terms.
  • Execute methodical post-visit follow-up sequences to secure ongoing orders and uncover hidden equipment requirements.
  • Channel authentic user feedback and site challenges directly back to management to guide supply adjustments.

Brand Visibility & Clinical Demonstrations

  • Organize, coordinate, and lead technical equipment demonstrations, targeted marketing activations, and regional medical exhibitions.
  • Deliver persuasive product presentations to hospital boards, technical committees, and administrative decision-makers.
  • Circulate official brochures, promotional tools, and specifications sheets to elevate corporate brand footprint within the territory.

Market Intelligence & Activity Logging

  • Monitor localized competitor behaviors, regional pricing shifts, and emerging equipment preferences across medical centers.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation logs reflecting daily hospital check-ins, qualified leads, and field conversion rates.
  • Compile and present meticulous weekly field summaries and territory expansion assessments to executive leaders.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum Entry Criteria

  • Academic Foundation: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a complementary commercial discipline.
  • Field Track Record: Minimum of 2 years of active experience operating within field marketing, medical sales, lab services, pharmaceuticals, or scientific supply networks.
  • Target Audience Familiarity: Prior experience pitching to and securing accounts with medical laboratories, diagnostic clinics, or public/private healthcare hubs is highly preferred.
  • Core Competencies: Strong grounding in field-level lead acquisition, cold outreach tactics, and face-to-face commercial presentations.
