Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales plans tailored to the Dubai real estate market.
• Identify and generate high-value business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Track market developments, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business growth.
• Prepare regular sales reports, performance analyses, and sales forecasts.
• Ensure professional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience within the Dubai real estate market.
• Previous experience managing and supervising a real estate sales team.
• Strong understanding of off-plan and secondary market properties.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and highly professional approach to work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
