Job Description

This strategic leadership role is ideal for a sales professional with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth, developing high-performing teams, and building strong relationships across the healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across B2B and B2C channels.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, laboratories, healthcare professionals, corporates, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a regional sales team to consistently achieve targets.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and account growth initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support business expansion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Science-related field preferred)
  • MBA is an added advantage
  • Minimum 7 years of sales management experience
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding business targets
  • Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in healthcare diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, laboratory services, medical devices, or related sectors is highly desirable
