Method of Application
As part of the recruitment process, applicants will be required to complete a video assessment

Video Assessment Instructions
Using your phone, record yourself answering the following four questions:

Assessment Questions
Introduce Yourself (30 Seconds)
- Tell us who you are and why you would like to work in sales at Hypa.
Sell Us Something (90 Seconds)
- Imagine we are the owners of a busy restaurant in Nairobi. Choose any product you know well
- and sell it to us. Demonstrate how you would introduce the product, build interest, and close the
- sale.
Handle an Objection (60 Seconds)
- A customer tells you, “Your price is too high; I can get it cheaper somewhere else.” Show us
- How would you respond in a real sales conversation?
A Time You Fell Short (60 Seconds)
- Tell us about a time you missed a target, lost a deal, or made a mistake at work. Explain what
- happened and what you learned from the experience.
