Job Description

Role Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic Beauty Product Marketers to represent our beauty and cosmetic products in Malindi and Mombasa. The role focuses on engaging customers, recommending suitable products, demonstrating usage, and driving sales. You will maintain attractive displays, ensure stock availability, collect customer feedback, and participate in marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, customer-focused, and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets while promoting brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell beauty and cosmetic products to customers in assigned locations

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products

  • Demonstrate product usage and highlight benefits to increase conversions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets daily, weekly, and monthly

  • Maintain attractive product displays and proper merchandising standards

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supervisors to ensure availability

  • Collect customer feedback and provide insights on market trends and competitor activity

  • Participate in marketing campaigns, activations, and promotional events

  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports

Key Requirements:

  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • Previous experience in sales or marketing, preferably in beauty or cosmetics

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team

  • Goal-oriented with strong drive to meet and exceed targets

  • Basic knowledge of beauty products, skincare, or cosmetics is an advantage
