Role Summary:
We are looking for proactive Sales Agents to expand our electric motorbike customer base in Mombasa. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, delivering product demonstrations, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Agents will track performance, provide feedback on market trends, and support after-sales service. Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Generation
Identify new business opportunities to grow the customer base
Generate and qualify leads through direct outreach, online channels, and networking events
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Provide detailed product information including features, benefits, and advantages
Sales Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Track and report sales performance to management
Product Demonstration and Promotion
Conduct product demos for potential customers
Attend events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote electric motorbikes
Negotiation and Closing Deals
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients
Close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
Market Research and Feedback
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products
Provide insights and feedback to management for product improvements and opportunities
Post-Sales Support
Ensure timely delivery and resolve customer queries or complaints
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions
Submit regular sales reports on customer prospects and conversions
Collaboration with Team
Work closely with marketing, operations, and management teams to implement strategies
Ensure alignment between customer needs and company offerings
Key Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile sales with proven targets achievement
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service and relationship-building capabilities
Self-motivated and proactive in driving sales
Valid driving license (motorbike category is an advantage)
