Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Education, Health Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage for senior roles).
• Have relevant experience in academic institutions, project management, business development, or program coordination.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, planning, and strategic management skills (especially for Director and Manager roles).
• Possess excellent communication, report writing, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Be highly organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Exhibit professionalism, integrity, and commitment to service and excellence.
