Description:
A well-established organization in Dubai is currently hiring an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse functions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently handle inventory, lead a team, and ensure smooth operational workflows. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accuracy, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety standards across all warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in a timely manner
• Ensure inventory records are accurate and perform regular stock checks and audits
• Supervise warehouse staff such as pickers, packers, and forklift operators, ensuring productivity and discipline
• Implement and maintain safety procedures, ensuring full compliance with regulations
• Work closely with logistics, procurement, and sales teams for seamless coordination
• Monitor operational performance and introduce improvements to optimize efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and proficiency in MS Office
• Good understanding of warehouse safety standards and regulations
• Forklift certification will be an added advantage
