JOB PURPOSE:
- The individual will be responsible for all stocks & stock movements in the assigned Growers’ Shop warehouse as per SOPs.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for always monitoring feed stock levels & maintaining stocks at the correct level.
- Responsible for delivery of Day-Old chicks and feed from the feed mill, Hatchery and warehouse to customers as per SOPs.
- Responsible for attending to customers when required and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Complies to all relevant Company SOPs & policies, statutory regulations and expected Company behaviours always and implements corrective action when required.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & CAREER EXPERIENCE
Mandatory:
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant environment.
- A Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
Desirable:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration/supply chain/accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant environment.
Core Competencies.
- Should be computer literate
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
