  • Review and organise raw footage, logging clips and building project timelines for efficient post-production workflows.
  • Edit video content using industry-standard tools to craft compelling narratives with precise pacing, transitions, and visual continuity.
  • Colour-correct and grade footage to achieve a consistent, polished look that suits the project's tone and platform.
  • Mix and sync audio, clean up background noise, and integrate music or voiceover tracks to create a clear, balanced soundscape.
  • Collaborate with producers, directors, and other stakeholders to interpret creative briefs and deliver final cuts that align with the intended message.
  • Export and deliver finished videos in the appropriate formats for broadcast, web, or social channels, checking technical specifications throughout.

  • Demonstrable professional experience in videography and post-production editing, preferably across commercial, documentary, or broadcast genres.
  • Advanced proficiency in at least one of the following editing platforms: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your range, technical skill, and ability to tell a story through moving images.
  • Solid understanding of camera operation, framing, lighting, and audio capture principles.
  • Working knowledge of file formats, codecs, and delivery standards for different viewing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently on edits while also taking direction and collaborating within a team environment.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • A relevant qualification or certification in video production, film, or a related field is preferred but not required if experience and portfolio are strong.
