XBeauty is expanding its presence in Ras Al Khaimah and is currently hiring for multiple exciting roles within the beauty and retail sector. The company is looking for passionate and experienced professionals who have strong product knowledge across skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, haircare, and nail care categories.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about the beauty industry and enjoy delivering excellent customer experiences in a retail environment.

Open Positions:

  1. Store Managers (with strong skincare experience)
  2. Make Up Artist (MUA)
  3. Assistant Store Managers (Skincare, Cosmetics, Haircare)
  4. Beauty Advisors (Skincare, Cosmetics, Haircare, Fragrances, Nailcare expertise)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers by providing expert advice on beauty and skincare products
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience
  • Manage product displays and ensure stores are well-organized and visually appealing
  • Support sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and product knowledge
  • Work across different store locations as required by business needs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, haircare, or nail care is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-presented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Adaptable and flexible to work in different store locations as needed
  • Passion for the beauty industry and customer engagement
