Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell travel packages, tours, flight tickets, hotel accommodations, and visa services.

• Assist clients with travel inquiries and recommend suitable travel solutions.

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, online chat, and social media platforms.

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after the booking process.

• Meet individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

• Experience in travel, tourism, sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, friendly, and customer-focused personality.

• Passion for sales and achieving performance targets.

• Willingness to learn about travel destinations, holiday packages, flights, and visa services.

• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook and Messenger.

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Goal-oriented, hardworking, and eager to grow professionally.
