This role takes ownership of a brand’s social media footprint from planning through publishing, community interaction, and performance reporting. You will work across creative production and paid media, turning audience data into campaigns that grow reach and bring in qualified leads. The employer depends on this position to keep the brand consistently present, responsive, and commercially effective on every major platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Create platform-specific graphics and ad creatives that are built to drive clicks and conversions.
- Shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos that ride current trends while staying on-brand.
- Keep the brand active and consistent on Facebook, X, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and company websites.
- Check channels every day, answer comments and direct messages, and monitor mentions so that reputation issues and audience feedback are handled quickly.
- Develop social strategies that tie back to business goals, and run a central content calendar covering marketing campaigns, sales pushes, and competitive positioning.
- Set up and manage paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads with the aim of generating leads and sales.
- Measure and report on ROI, reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Apply SEO best practices to website and blog content, and conduct regular market and competitor research to sharpen campaign performance and content formats.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, IT, or a related business discipline.
- At least three years of hands-on sales and marketing experience, with a focus on running corporate or brand social media accounts and a portfolio that shows audience growth.
- Comfortable using social media scheduling platforms and analytics tools to plan posts and track results.
- Graphic design skills across different creative tools are a plus.
- Excellent spoken, written, and storytelling abilities, with a tone that suits social media.
- A creative approach balanced by commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset.
- Strong command of social media best practices, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
