Travel Consultant

Spartan Tourism LLC is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel, enjoy working with clients, and possess strong communication and sales abilities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting travel-related services, assisting clients with customized travel plans, and delivering exceptional customer support throughout the booking process. The role requires a strong understanding of travel products, attention to detail, and the ability to meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell travel-related services including flight bookings, holiday packages, hotels, and visa assistance

• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions

• Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets effectively

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business opportunities

• Provide accurate guidance regarding travel procedures, visa requirements, and itineraries

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and direct interactions

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and professional service delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service-related roles

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven and customer-focused environment

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Basic knowledge of travel services, booking procedures, and tourism operations preferred

• Strong knowledge of:

 • Travel package planning and customer support

 • Flight and hotel booking coordination

 • Visa assistance and travel documentation

 • Sales techniques and relationship management
