Job Title: Trainer – Socio-Economic Skills Development (SESD)

Organization: BAYE Africa, in partnership with the National Youth Opportunities Towards Advancement (NYOTA)

BAYE Africa, in partnership with the National Youth Opportunities Towards Advancement (NYOTA), invites qualified and passionate professionals to apply as trainers for the Socio-Economic Skills Development (SESD) component under the NYOTA Program.

• Africa Business Acceleration for Young Entrepreneurs in Africa (BAYE – AFRICA)
• Life Skills
• Financial Literacy
• Digital Skills
• Entrepreneurship
• Communication

Eligibility Requirements

Digital Skills & E-Commerce

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Education, Business, Social Sciences, Community Development, Agribusiness or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in training, facilitation or youth skills development.
• Proven experience in SESD, entrepreneurship, financial literacy or digital skills training.
• Strong communication, facilitation and mentoring skills.
• Experience working in ASAL regions is an added advantage.
