We are seeking a high-caliber Trade Marketing Manager to spearhead the presence and performance of our solar energy solutions across diverse retail and direct-selling channels. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for translating brand strategy into winning shopper experiences. You will own the entire trade marketing ecosystem—from the design of point-of-sale (POS) materials to the execution of multi-channel product launches. This position requires a data-driven marketer who can bridge the gap between global brand vision and local retail reality, ensuring that every touchpoint drives high ROI and reinforces our market leadership in the renewable energy sector.
Key Deliverables
Channel Strategy & Retail Execution

Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing programs to enhance brand visibility and market share within defined channels.

Lead the creation and roll-out of Retail Execution guidelines, ensuring a unified brand look and feel across all partner outlets.

Oversee the design and adaptation of zonal POS materials, ensuring they meet local requirements while maintaining global brand standards.

Manage the end-to-end in-store plans for new product launches, including fixture updates, asset delivery, and retail partner training.

Identify and activate "perfection at trade" opportunities through scalable mechanisms for in-store fixture maintenance and repairs.
Shopper Insights & Data Analytics

Harvest and analyze shopper insights to create actionable plans that deliver on retail partner objectives and enhance the customer journey.

Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to recommend high-impact trade promotion plans.

Analyze direct sales KPIs and sell-out data to measure the effectiveness of marketing interventions and sales activities.

Track and report on the ROI of all major trade initiatives, identifying clear opportunities for budget optimization and program refinement.

Lead merchandising efforts across the region, utilizing unified in-store tools and KPI trackers to monitor field team performance.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Partner closely with the Sales team to develop customer-specific marketing plans that address unique regional needs.

Align with the global marketing department to ensure local trade activities leverage and enhance overall brand equity.

Coordinate the company’s participation in major industry tradeshows and events to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Facilitate best-practice sharing across the region to ensure a consistent and elevated standard of retail excellence.
Requirements & Competencies
Professional Profile

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, specifically within FMCG, Telecommunications, or the Solar/Renewable Energy industries.

Leadership: At least 3 years of experience in people management, with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams.

Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, database tools, and financial reporting systems.
