Torentify is seeking a Data Entry Clerk / Virtual Assistant to support database management, administrative tasks, and remote virtual assistance operations. This role is suitable for detail-oriented professionals who can maintain accurate records, manage information efficiently, and support daily administrative activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for updating contact databases, coordinating appointments, communicating with contacts, and handling multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and organization in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update contact database information accurately.
• Perform data entry tasks and manage record updates.
• Coordinate appointments and scheduling activities.
• Communicate with contacts and provide necessary follow-up support.
• Use Google Docs and Microsoft Office for administrative tasks.
• Manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Support daily virtual assistance and administrative operations.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with contacts.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in data entry, virtual assistance, or administrative support is preferred.
• Experience maintaining contact databases and coordinating appointments is an advantage.
