We’re looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller for our upcoming branch in Abu Dhabi to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Type: Full-time / Immediate Joining
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Explain company products and services (Gold Bullion, Jewellery, etc.) to customers.
Maintain customer records and follow up for sales or inquiries.
Support the sales team with lead generation and client communication.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving.
Language Requirements:
Hindi – Required
Malayalam – Required
English – Required
(Multilingual candidates preferred.)
Requirements:
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and ability to handle pressure.
Must be currently based in Dubai and available for immediate joining.
