Description:
PACT Employment Services is hiring on behalf of a leading group of companies in the UAE for the position of Tele Sales Executive in Dubai. This role is suitable for customer-focused sales professionals who have strong communication skills and an interest in the automotive service industry.
The selected candidate will handle customer inquiries, recommend suitable vehicle service solutions, convert leads into confirmed appointments, and support customer retention through effective follow-ups. Native Arabic speakers will be preferred for this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate automotive service solutions.
• Convert customer inquiries into confirmed service appointments.
• Respond to basic customer questions related to vehicle servicing and maintenance.
• Conduct follow-up calls and service reminder communications to improve customer retention.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and support repeat business.
• Achieve sales conversion targets through effective communication and customer engagement.
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of passenger vehicle servicing and maintenance.
• Understanding of periodic vehicle maintenance schedules and common repair requirements.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Sales-focused mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
• Native Arabic speakers are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Automotive servicing and basic maintenance requirements.
• Customer handling and sales conversion techniques.
• Tele sales processes and customer relationship management.
