Your primary objective is to direct end-to-end program lifecycles, ensuring high-impact curriculum delivery, superior learner completion rates, and meaningful career pathways for participants. This role bridges high-level executive stakeholder engagement with day-to-day academic operations. You will manage trainer rosters, optimize learning outcomes, and build strategic alliances with C-suite executives, government bodies, and corporate partners. The role demands an empathetic, performance-driven leader who is deeply committed to youth and women empowerment, with a track record of scaling technology training environments.

Core Competencies

Program Design & Bootcamp Management

  • Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of intensive tech bootcamps, specialized digital skill tracks, and youth talent acceleration frameworks.
  • Monitor monthly learner registration targets and operational milestones to preserve training excellence and achieve a minimum 90% program completion benchmark.
  • Direct public outreach, recruitment drives, and strategic marketing pushes to ensure steady cohort enrollments across all technical tracks.
  • Oversee instructional quality, verifying that technical, soft, and practical project-based modules align with evolving IT industry demands.

Stakeholder Engagement & Strategic Alliances

  • Represent the institution in high-level engagements with corporate executives, government representatives, and international development partners.
  • Build and cultivate long-term strategic relationships to secure commercial sponsorships, apprenticeship pipelines, and institutional funding.
  • Collaborate with external industry experts to align bootcamp projects with real-world tech stack challenges and job market demands.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment meetings to harmonize training schedules with broader organizational goals and donor expectations.

Team Leadership & Academic Coordination

  • Provide hands-on leadership, mentorship, and operational support to a multidisciplinary team of tech trainers, mentors, and program assistants.
  • Schedule and lead regular trainers’ check-ins to standardize delivery methodologies, review feedback, and address instructional needs.
  • Establish monthly and quarterly training calendars, faculty rosters, and classroom resource allocations to guarantee smooth execution.
  • Conduct structured performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and professional development reviews for all instructional staff.

Women & Youth Empowerment Initiatives

  • Design and execute targeted initiatives, digital work series, and interactive webinars aimed at achieving a 70% participation rate for young women.
  • Champion gender-inclusive learning frameworks that facilitate access to internships, apprenticeships, and high-growth digital jobs for women.
  • Host community events and mentorship circles to nurture a supportive network for underrepresented youth in the technology space.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Curriculum Refinement

  • Deploy comprehensive M&E frameworks, collecting participant feedback, survey analytics, focus group insights, and success stories.
  • Translate field data into actionable recommendations for continuous curriculum updates, instructional enhancements, and tool integration.
  • Compile clear weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual impact reports detailing performance metrics, completion rates, and budget utilization for leadership.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum Entry Criteria

  • Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant discipline is an added advantage.
  • Professional Longevity: 7 to 10 years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years explicitly focused on implementing tech training programs, bootcamps, and educational operations.
  • Technical Certifications: Relevant IT industry certifications (e.g., PMP, AWS, CompTIA, Scrum/Agile, or technical domain credentials) are highly desirable.
