Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons based on the assigned subject and curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and examinations.
• Monitor student progress and maintain academic records.
• Encourage critical thinking and active classroom participation.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
• Maintain discipline and uphold school policies.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress when required.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree with B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
• Previous teaching experience in schools located in Dubai.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for teaching and student development.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a professional educational environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
