Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site operations while ensuring compliance with contracts, regulations, policies, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate customer operational support by working with local and international teams, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain smooth operations.
- Build strong customer relationships and act as the primary contact for training support, collaborating with planners and leaders to optimize training effectiveness.
- Maintain operational availability of all equipment in accordance with the agreed contract, carrying out routine maintenance and repairs as necessary.
- Ensure that the training systems delivered & Simulation are maintained and that the configuration is optimized.
- Ensure spare stock holdings are fit for purpose and that they meet the requirements of the support contract.
- Act quickly on requests from the customer, fulfilling them where appropriate and finding alternative solutions when needed.
- Deploy on field exercises in support of Kenyan and multinational Armed Forces, providing field-based and back-office support to your team and the customer.
Key Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) and operational support delivery.
- MUST HAVE experience working in a military training environment.
- Leadership experience within military, defence, technical support, or operational environments.
- Technical troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Financial management and budget oversight experience.
- Fluency in English and Swahili, with ability to travel locally and internationally(Passport).Bottom of Form
