Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to lead process improvement initiatives, optimize daily operations, and ensure high-quality care delivery. You will work cross-functionally with clinical staff, administrators, and external partners to create efficient, scalable systems that enhance both patient experience and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current operational workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Lead implementation of process improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies).
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to align operational goals with patient care standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for executive leadership.
- Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to ensure operational sustainability.
- Facilitate training and change management to support adoption of new processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in healthcare operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, project management, and healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS, etc.).
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or PMP is a plus.
- Mindset: Strategic thinker with a passion for driving measurable improvement in healthcare.
