Key Responsibilities
Source and procure construction, fit-out, and interior finishing materials.
Obtain quotations, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company procedures.
Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, Project, and Accounts teams to ensure timely procurement.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with approved vendors.
Track material deliveries and resolve procurement-related issues to avoid project delays.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable UAE regulations.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and project requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
1 year of procurement experience in the Interior Design, Fit-Out, or Construction industry in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials, MEP items, furniture, fixtures, and construction products.
Experience with supplier negotiations and procurement planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP procurement experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
