Storekeeper – MEP Maintenance

SBK Real Estate is seeking an experienced and well-organized Storekeeper – MEP Maintenance to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional with strong inventory management skills and hands-on experience handling MEP materials, spare parts, tools, and maintenance equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper storage of materials, coordinating with maintenance and procurement teams, and supporting efficient day-to-day maintenance operations while following company procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store MEP materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment.

• Issue materials to maintenance teams based on approved requests.

• Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and inventory transfers.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment.

• Conduct regular stock audits and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.

• Ensure all inventory items are properly labeled, organized, and safely stored.

• Coordinate with maintenance, procurement, and administrative departments.

• Prepare inventory reports and maintain complete stock documentation.

• Follow company policies, inventory control procedures, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably within MEP maintenance or facilities management.

• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance materials.

• Experience using inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.

• Ability to manage inventory accurately and perform effectively under pressure.

• Available to work in Dubai.
