Storekeeper.
Experience Required: 2 to 4 years.
Location: Al-Ain.
Eligibility: Experience in warehouse operations with mandatory experience in Odoo system and Open to Arab nationalities only.
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of goods in accordance with company procedures. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing stock efficiently, and utilizing the Odoo system to track all warehouse transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Organize and store items properly to ensure easy access and efficient stock management.
- Issue materials and products based on approved requests and documentation.
- Record all inventory transactions accurately using the Odoo system.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock situations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock audits to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation for all warehouse transactions (GRN, delivery notes).
- Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper handling and storage conditions to maintain product quality.
- Follow safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Prepare periodic reports on stock movement, discrepancies, and inventory status.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Storekeeper or in warehouse operations.
- Mandatory experience in Odoo Inventory/Warehouse system.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and stock management.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
