A leading Luxury Indian Designerwear brand is looking to hire an experienced Store Manager for its Dubai retail operations. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in luxury fashion retail who have a passion for customer service, team leadership, and achieving outstanding sales performance.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading the retail team, delivering an exceptional shopping experience, and building long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients. Candidates currently based in Dubai with experience in Indian designerwear or luxury fashion will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team to achieve business goals.
• Drive sales performance and consistently meet revenue targets.
• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience for luxury and HNI customers.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management.
• Prepare sales reports and support overall business growth.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury or premium fashion retail.
• Strong experience in store operations and team management.
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent clienteling and HNI customer relationship management skills.
• Experience in Indian designerwear or luxury fashion is preferred.
• Candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred.
