COTTI CAFE is an international coffee chain brand. With the new stores opening in Dubai and Sharjah, we are looking for motivated and service-oriented team members to join our growing team.

Position
Store Operations / Store Staff (Development & Growth Role)
Job Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth service in line with company standards
Provide excellent customer service and support sales targets
Monitor inventory, place orders, and maintain stock control
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures
Communicate regularly with the Operations team and assist with basic reporting
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Support business expansion and assist with staff deployment across company-owned stores when required
Job Requirements
Must hold a valid UAE visa with a minimum of 2 months validity remaining
Candidates with Freelance Visa and Employer NOC will be given priority
Health Card holders will be an advantage
Good English communication skills
Strong service mindset, hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn
Previous experience in coffee, F&B, or retail is preferred (training will be provided for suitable candidates)

Salary & Benefits
Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,300 per month (based on experience and performance)
