Titan Company is hiring an experienced Store Manager to join its retail operations in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong leadership experience in jewellery or luxury retail environments who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store performance.
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading store operations, managing teams, and ensuring high standards of customer service while representing a prestigious global retail brand. The role requires a results-driven individual capable of enhancing sales performance and maintaining a premium shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage store operations and team performance.
• Drive sales targets and overall store profitability.
• Deliver exceptional and memorable customer experiences.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Train, motivate, and develop store staff.
• Maintain inventory control and stock management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards.
• Represent the brand in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–4 years of current experience as a Store Manager.
• Overall 12+ years of retail experience.
• Preference for candidates from the jewellery industry.
• Experience in premium retail or luxury brands will also be considered.
• Must be currently based in the UAE or GCC.
Strong knowledge of:
• Retail store operations and team leadership.
