Job Summary:
We are looking for a Store Keeper with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry and hands-on experience with Oracle Inventory/ERP systems. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient stock management, timely issuance of materials, and accurate record-keeping to support ongoing construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate stock records using Oracle ERP system; monitor stock levels and prepare reports.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with project teams and procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Implement best practices for warehouse organization, material handling, and safety.
• Monitor material consumption and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in the store.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a construction company.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP (Inventory/Materials Management modules).
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
