Store Executive

Clear Way Ventures L.L.C-FZ, an HR consultancy firm, is currently hiring Store Executives for immediate placement with a client based in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with prior experience in retail or e-commerce operations who are looking to work in a fast-paced and organized environment.

The role involves managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation. Candidates should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, including order processing and coordination
• Manage inventory levels, stock handling, and ensure proper packaging and dispatch
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety protocols, and visual merchandising standards
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular operational reports

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, or store operations
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends as required
• Preference for male candidates of Indian nationality
